Aura McClain, Director
Aura McClain is author of a soon to be published book called, “Happiness in Quantum Leaps”, a spiritual book about Love, where she teaches how to manage and control our thoughts naturally from mental stress without drugs, so that we can all be more efficient and effective human beings. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach specializing in Energy/Spiritual Healing. She was an aerospace engineer for 25 years working for Hughes Helicopter, McDonnell Douglas Space & Defense, and Boeing’s Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system, which is United States' only operationally deployed missile defense program capable of defending the entire U.S. homeland against long-range ballistic missile attacks. Aura was the first female engineer to work for Hughes Helicopter where she worked on secret projects in the application of Artificial Intelligence during the technology’s infancy and was one of the leading AI experts in the field at the time. She built the first Expert System in Telecommunications for McDonnell Douglas Space & Defense. She was also past President of the Orange County Youth Motivation Task Force, working in inner city schools mentoring at-risk kids the importance of education. Aura has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering/Business Management and a B.A. in Interior Design.
Annaliza Dial - Young, Director
Over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. After negotiating contracts and building a vast client base over the last 20 years in this incredibly competitive sales environment. She decided to take her business to the next level by starting her own real estate investment group. Day to day operations, improving operational efficiency, monitoring revenue margins, maintaining strong relationships with partners and utilizing technology to enhance the growth which ensures that all of her investments have come out on top.
Carmen Skipworth, Director
Carmen has over 20 years of international marketing experience with IT companies and the government. She was born in Washington, DC where she was involved with the government, working with Congressman Frank Wolf and the Committee on International Affairs. While pursuing her Masters, she moved to Hong Kong to work with an IT chip company (Xilinx, Inc) She was a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. She moved to London and worked at the US Embassy's International Marketing Center where she assisted US companies market their business in Europe. Carmen now lives in San Diego which has been her home for the past 20 years. She has twins who are both studying engineering at Purdue. She is currently working for an IT services company, PL Systems LLC, with focus on cybersecurity. PL Systems is headquartered in DC and Carmen is Director of the West Coast in San Diego. She is on the Board of Women in Defense and the Project Management Institute of San Diego. She is a member of AFCEA and NDIA where she also volunteers. Carmen is a mentor at the Cherie Blair Foundation and has volunteered for the Junior League of San Diego in her spare time.
Oscar Medina, Director

Oscar Medina has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. He has successfully managed all aspects of national and international business development for healthcare firms involved in their expansion of services. His expertise in contract evaluation and negotiations, financial analysis, and development of business plans has resulted in the development of various successful strategic enterprises. Mr. Medina has effectively negotiated with many high profile manage care companies, as well as state and county agencies in the United States and Mexico. Mr. Medina is currently President/Founder of Optima Medical Management Group, Inc., a managed care medical management company. Under Optima, Mr. Medina was successful in developing and building Community Care IPA in 2014 with 700 members and as of January 2019 is now managing 150,000 managed care members. Most recently, Mr. Medina, as consultant for the University of California San Diego Health System (UCSD) was hired to create and implement an integrated healthcare delivery program in Imperial County to include the entire medical community. Mr. Medina was successful in developing the strategy that resulted in UCSD obtaining a long-term contract to manage the local El Centro Regional Medical Hospital and partnerships with local community providers.

Mr. Medina is currently the Board Member/Founder of Cancer Circle Network of Healing, dba “We Support U” a non-profit organization to help cancer patients and their families deal with this devastating disease. In addition, he served as a board member at the San Diego County Medical Society Foundation and has served on sub-committees for the Department of Health Services for the State of California, San Diego Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, KPBS Committee for Better Education, and Coachella Valley Health Partnership. He also has served as a Board member for the Border View YMCA and as Honorary Chairman for the Business Advisory Council.
Saad Pattah, Director
Born in Baghdad Iraq, immigrated to the U.S. in 1972 to Detriot, MI. where he attended middle school, he later moved to California where he attended El Cajon High School and was a standout wrestler. Mr. Pattah started working in the family business at the young age of 14, and at the age of 25, he became the owner and President of 5 Star Market, Mr. Pattah also ventured into the distribution and packing industry in the late 90’s. He went into the prepaid phone card business and established and created several brands of cards, he also went on to become President of STI. Mr. Pattah became co-founder of Tabu Sushi in 2009 in which the company currently has 8 restaurants and planning to launch as a publicly traded company. He is the past owner of Viva and Sawaya markets which does manufacturing of tortillas and bakery items for his stores and others.
Gregg Watkins, Director
Gregg Watkins has a 25-year profile of success as an Entrepreneur, Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Investor, and Mentor. He began his entrepreneur activities in 1989 as the Founder of Actors Workshop Studios (AWS), a film acting training facility that is now the longest running film training facility in San Diego. In 2003, Gregg founded Watkins Realty Group, a full-service real estate and mortgage company, dedicated to providing exemplary services to residential clients throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties. Gregg provides management expertise, integrity, and professionalism in negotiating hundreds of real estate transactions, and providing mortgage and property management services. Gregg has a BA in Political Science from University of California, Irvine. He is a well-respected and State-credentialed teacher in Real Estate, Finance, and Business, teaching a variety of real estate and licensing classes for Poway Adult School over the past 10 years.
